New policy – reservation of your seat

All our types of tickets must be made in reservation mode whether it is the book of 10 tickets, the monthly pass or our round-trip tickets.

This means that you must take your tickets for the time and date of your trip. All departures will be limited to the number of passengers we can carry. In other words, those who have a ticket for another departure may be denied boarding if there is not enough room. Buy your tickets in advance to guarantee your seat on the desired departure!

For any changes to your existing tickets, you can do so from the purchase module on the home page, under the Modify my ticket tab. Otherwise, contact our customer service department at sac@limocar.ca or by phone at 1(866) 692-8899.
