Policy on bus use
In order to make the trip as enjoyable as possible for all, we ask passengers to respect the following rules.
You must be sufficiently in advance at the boarding place. Generally, we recommend to be there 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time, 30 minutes at the big stops (Like the Montreal Central Bus Station), and at least 45 minutes during busy periods (Christmas, Easter, etc.). Make sure that you have the good ticket in hand, to be visible to the driver and to show the driver your intention to take the bus.

It is prohibited to:
- Eat hot meals or food with a strong odour
- Consume alcoholic beverages
Digital music player, mobile phones, DVD player and electronic games
Whatever the device, passengers are required to maintain the volume of their player at an acceptable level, in order to not disturb the driver or the other passengers. Phone conversations (except in an emergency) are prohibited. Your ringer must also be turned off.
Animals are prohibited in the luggage compartments or on board busses. Only guide dogs accompanying handicapped persons or Mira guide dogs in training are allowed.
